Frailty Prevention Event – Ageing with Confidence

If you are in your 50s, 60s or beyond, and looking forward to a life after work, discover what you can do to help yourself remain mobile, active and independent as you mature. Join Sarah and Matt Taylor (from www.frailtyprevention.co.uk) where you will have the opportunity to receive a brief assessment of your physical functionality (strength, balance and flexibility), hear a talk on healthy movement and the five traits of frailty and speak to a physiotherapist if you wish.
Just turn up at 7pm – booking not necessary.
