Autumn Food and Craft Fair raises £1200

The Autumn Food and Craft Fair held in the Wilbraham’s Memorial Hall today, 30th September, was a great success raising £1200. The venue was packed with villagers and outside visitors virtually all afternoon. Stalls selling breads, pies, sausages and venison, beers , ciders, local produce and crafts were of very high quality.

The Gog Farm Shop brought cheese and charcuterie to their deli stall.

Borakis Greek Foods were there with their selection of pure and natural foods including artisan goat and sheep cheese from their family’s farms in Crete, premium hand-marinated fresh olives, fruity olive oils and delicious thyme honeys, home-made pies and dips. Local microbrewery, Moonshine Brewery, from Fulbourn brought along a selection of their beers..

 
 
Helen Clarke of Great Wilbraham was creating paintings with an autumn theme.
 
Ian Cumming, former Bake-Off finalist,  provided baking demonstrations in the meeting room overflowing with onlookers.
